Mixed Bags of Spinach, Lettuce, and Asian Greens are ready for you in the greenhouse! Whole lettuce heads are ready, and we have braising greens too, fabulous when lightly sauteed. Half-pound bags for $5. We still have a few chickens in the freezer from last fall, and many more on the way! Come visit us to pick some up, or we can meet you in Norway.

SO much is happening over here at Starlight Pastures!!! The greenhouse is overflowing with vibrant greens! We logged and had the trees sawed up into the most beautiful lumber! The new post and beam woodshed is about to be raised. The broody hen is sitting on eggs. The meat birds are loving the compost and about to be moved out into the field. We are sanding and sealing the porch floor to make a summer kitchen where we can process our farm goods. 100’s of seedlings are being transplanted to new beds all over the property. Yiha!! It’s an amazing thing to have 4 of us working together!!!!!!!
